Terms of Service

By accessing GetCRMConsultant's website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these terms. We keep things simple and fair – no hidden clauses, no lock‑ins.

1. Consulting Services

We provide business automation, CRM setup, AI agents, and integration services. Every project begins with a free 30‑minute discovery call. After that, we provide a clear scope of work and a fixed quote. Work starts only after both parties sign the agreement.

2. No Lock‑In

You own all deliverables – the automations, the code, the documentation. You can cancel any monthly support retainer with 30 days' notice. No early termination fees.

3. Payments

For one‑off projects, we typically invoice 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For monthly retainers, invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee, but we'll always remind you first.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your data and business information as confidential. We never share client data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., API connections to your tools). We're happy to sign NDAs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue). That said, we stand behind our work and will fix any bugs promptly.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
